Tepoztlan Cemetery in Mexico

I was very lucky to visit the town of Tepoztlan, just outside of Mexico City. Tepoztlán has a long history and dates back to 1500 B.C. The Tepozteco mountain has been a ceremonial centre for many centuries and it features a pyramid at the top....... many magical things have been rumored to happen there. I found this cemetery there and I am reminded how we all honor our ancestors with different cultural practices and funerary art.
