I found this amazing statue of the Blessed Virgin Mother Mary at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help outside of Greenbay, WI. It is the only Marian Shrine in the United States that has an on site approved apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary. In 1859 a woman named Adele first saw a vision of the Virgin Mary. Adelel would see her two more times along a rural trail between two trees. More than 150 years separate Adele’s visions of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Church’s official approval of the apparitions in 2010. When the news of her visions first began to spread, some settlers were skeptical. Yet, the apparitions inspired others; it lifted their spirits and confirmed their hope. This statue is on that rural path where the Virgin Mother Mary appeared to Adele and you can stop and pray to her.
