Walking along the River Po in Turin, Italy during the fall months provides many beautiful vignettes. The Ponte Umberto I is one of the most beautiful bridges in Turin. Designers of the bridge are Vincenzo Micheli and Enrico Ristori from Florence. The four bronze statues at the corners of the bridge, were unveiled in 1911 by King Umberto I. I like that it takes me back to a different place and time. And I like that if feels romantic.
